Project Overview
Location: Splitters Creek, North East Victoria
Project Type: Residential
This project centred around creating a kitchen that worked with the home’s architectural structure rather than competing with it. The surrounding concrete tilt panels, polished concrete flooring and black cabinetry called for a surface that felt strong, understated and connected to the broader design.
The Solution
Material Used: Infinity Concrete Grey Porcelain
Infinity Concrete Grey porcelain was selected for its soft concrete appearance and practical porcelain finish. Used across the island benchtop, waterfall ends, island returns and back benchtops, the material reinforces the clean lines and solid form of the kitchen.
The detailing was kept sharp and restrained, with mitred edges, porcelain returns and precise undermount sink detailing contributing to the monolithic look. The porcelain works closely with the exposed concrete elements, creating a kitchen that feels grounded, architectural and highly resolved.
