This project called for a surface solution that could carry through almost every part of the home. From the main kitchen and walk-in pantry to the bathrooms, laundry, bar, study, upstairs kitchenette and outdoor entertaining area, porcelain was used to create consistency while allowing each space to hold its own.
The Solution
Material Used: Infinity Calacatta Oro Porcelain + Infinity Buxy Select Porcelain
Infinity Calacatta Oro was selected as the main surface throughout the home, bringing warm veining and movement against the white joinery, timber flooring and black accents. It was used across the kitchen benchtops, waterfall island, splashbacks, pantry surfaces, bathroom vanities, bar, study desk, floating shelving and TV cabinet.
For the outdoor kitchen, Infinity Buxy Select introduced a darker porcelain surface to work with the black cabinetry and exterior setting. Across each application, attention was given to slab layout, vein placement, porcelain detailing and installation, creating a cohesive finish from the interior spaces through to the outdoor entertaining area.
