Calacatta Magnifico | Albury
A statement kitchen built around contrast, scale and precise stone fabrication. Infinity Calacatta Magnifico porcelain takes centre stage in the custom island, paired with Caesarstone Turbine Grey benchtops and splashbacks to create a darker, more grounded backdrop.
Project Overview
Island: Infinity Calacatta Magnifico porcelain
Back Benchtops & Splashbacks: Caesarstone Turbine Grey engineered stone
Bespoke Porcelain Island
The custom kitchen island was digitally templated and fabricated in Infinity Calacatta Magnifico porcelain. Waterfall ends wrap the island, allowing the bold veining to continue from the benchtop through to the floor.
A cantilevered porcelain benchtop extends above the main island, creating a floating, layered profile that gives the piece its architectural edge. The junctions, returns and waterfall panels required detailed porcelain fabrication and careful alignment to keep the veining and proportions clean from every angle.
More than a standard island bench, this is a feature piece designed to anchor the kitchen and show what is possible with large-format porcelain.
Kitchen Benchtops & Splashbacks
Caesarstone Turbine Grey engineered stone was used across the back benchtops and splashbacks. Its dark, textured finish contrasts the light Calacatta Magnifico porcelain, tying into the deep cabinetry and warm timber flooring.
Together, the porcelain island, waterfall edges and engineered stone splashbacks create a kitchen with strong visual contrast and a high level of custom stone workmanship.
