This project brings together classic farmhouse detailing with natural stone as the main feature. Soft white shaker cabinetry, warm timber flooring, brushed brass fixtures and a farmhouse sink create a traditional base, allowing the quartzite to add movement, depth and character throughout the kitchen and butler’s pantry.
The Solution
Material Used: Bianco Superior Quartzite
Bianco Superior Quartzite was selected for its natural movement, durability and soft colouring. It was used across the kitchen benchtops and splashbacks, with a polished 40mm profile and provincial edge detail adding weight and craftsmanship to the space.
The same stone continues into the butler’s pantry, where it has been used for benchtops, splashbacks and substantial 60mm stone shelving. These shelves turn the quartzite into a feature beyond the benchtops, keeping the material visible while adding practical storage and strong visual detail.
